Lamar Acquires Digital and Static Assets in Chicago from GreenSigns

For Immediate Release – June 3, 2025

Chicago, IL – Digital GreenSigns, LLC (dba “GreenSigns”) announced today the divestiture of its Outdoor Advertising Assets throughout Chicago to Lamar Advertising (NASDAQ: LAMR). Drachman M&A Co. represented seller GreenSigns in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

We created the nation’s first digital OOH network run completely by renewable energy sources. Sustainability remains a focus for me, and I look forward to continuing to champion this cause for the OOH industry,” mentioned GreenSigns CEO, Joseph Mancino.
