Adams Outdoor Acquires Oliver Outdoor in Ohio and Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh, PA – Oliver Outdoor announced today the divestiture of its Outdoor Advertising Assets throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio to Adams Outdoor, a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital and the nation’s fourth-largest Out-of-Home media operator. The assets included 419 static faces in addition to 55 digital displays. Drachman M&A Co. represented seller Oliver Outdoor in the transaction. While terms of the deal were not disclosed, it is believed to be the largest acquisition in the 43-year history of Adams Outdoor.
