Lamar Acquires Burkett Media Assets in Dallas

Dallas, TX. – Burkett Media announced today the divestiture of premier digital out-of-home advertising assets in Dallas, Texas to Lamar Advertising Company (NASDAQ: LAMR). Burkett is well known throughout the industry for developing high-end digital locations in major markets. These locations feature the only digital faces that read to the new express lanes on the Toll 183 at the I-820 interchange with clear reads in both directions, along with a back-to-back digital location on I-820 with high traffic counts and economically attractive demographics. Drachman M&A Co. represented seller Burkett Media in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
