McWhorter Media Group Acquires Mashburn Outdoor in Spartanburg, SC

Spartanburg, SC – Mashburn Outdoor announced today the divestiture of digital and analog structures throughout Spartanburg, SC to McWhorter Media Group. Drachman M&A Co. represented seller Mashburn Outdoor in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
