MediaChoice Enters the Metroplex with Acquisition of Boulevard Media Company – Dallas

Dallas, Texas – MediaChoice announced today the acquisition of digital out of home (OOH) assets in Arlington, Texas from Boulevard Media Company (“Boulevard”). Drachman M&A Co. represented Boulevard in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

MediaChoice is a privately owned independent OOH media company, with coverage throughout Texas, along with strategic locations in Chicago, Nashville, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. In all, MediaChoice has over 1,200 active sign faces throughout the United States.  Boulevard owns and operates a dynamic asset base in their home market of Phoenix along with digital coverage in Oklahoma City.

MediaChoice CFO, Katheryn Huynh, was excited to see the deal come to a close. “We have had our eye on these assets and are thrilled with adding them to our holdings. The DFW metroplex has a thriving business environment and securing four digital faces on I-30 in Arlington provides an excellent flagship for future growth in the market,” added Katheryn.

Boulevard manager, Rhett Cooney, said the divestiture marked a mission accomplished moment for their time in Dallas.

“These locations are highly sought after by the advertising community because of their substantive traffic counts and clear reads to I-30 in Arlington. The proximity to the theme parks and sports stadiums also bolstered demand. It was great working with MediaChoice and we look forward to helping them with the transition,” mentioned Rhett Cooney.
