Mashburn Outdoor Acquires 156 Displays from New South Outdoor

Huntsville, AL – Mashburn Outdoor (“Mashburn”) announced today the acquisition of Outdoor Advertising Assets in Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia from New South Outdoor (“New South”). The transaction included 39 digital and 117 static displays. Drachman M&A Co. represented seller New South in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Two recent acquisitions started the Mashburn team with seven digital displays and one static display in Huntsville. This deal increases Mashburn’s market total to 46 digital and 118 static displays in the Huntsville DMA, allowing them to operate with coverage throughout the market.
