Sarah McFarland leads the Consumer and Logistics Division at Drachman M&A Co., specializing in lower to middle market transactions across the logistics, food distribution, beverage, water bottling, ice manufacturing, and equipment sectors.

With over 15 years of entrepreneurial and advisory experience, Sarah has built and scaled businesses from the ground up-including founding a food distribution company supplying private-label alcohol to Hawaii’s largest grocery chains and helping to found and grow Hawaii’s second-largest freight forwarding company, now generating over $150 million annually. Her unique blend of entrepreneurial grit and M&A acumen allows her to offer clients more than advisory services- she brings lived experience in negotiating, building, and executing high-growth strategies on the ground.
